More Info needed on spending my Air Miles

I will have accumulated slightly over 50,000 VA air miles by the time I fly to Orlando for Christmas. I need to know how I go about using as many of these miles, either by flying Econ or PE, on either leg.
Have tried calling VA but no one picks up. VA does not appear to publish any explanatory rules concerning how they can be used.
Is there any online material which describes the ins & outs of using miles?

They will tell you availability, as Tonty says the VS page does give you the basic info and you can check availability through "spend miles" tab on the booking page....

You need to be more specific if you are after an answer on here as the basics are generally covered by looking at the VS site in the first instance??
