oh dear...VS006 27 October

Does anyone know what happened to the MIA flight last night? We (me, my wife and 6 month old) were involuntarily downgraded from PE to Econ (no bassinet for us) and given seats that weren't together ), and 60ish passengers were bumped completely.

If anyone does know what happened to our plane, or what Virgin's standard approach to bumping/downgrading passengers is, I'd be very interested to hear!

That's awful, I do hope you've had some recompense for the fact you spent on PE and didn't get it! I do hope you've complained directly to Virgin.

Remember " free flight" vouchers etc aren't as great as they seem if offered...
