Which Aircraft 747 400 or A340-600

HI

I am flying VS007 lhr to lax next September and have booked PE seats. The friendly virgin staff have booked me 36 H and K on a 747 400 but looking through this site the actual aircraft should be a A340-600 please can anyone confirm for me, thanks.

I have looked at the schedules for VS7 in the toolbox for next September and there is no info on what aircraft will operate the flight so am not sure what you were looking at.

A dummy booking on VS says it will be (at present) a 747.

At this point in time it is way to far out to even guess, VS do switch VS7/8 between a 744 and a 346, but right now there is no way to guess when the switch will be.

When I do it for Sept 2012 there are no plane types indicated.
