The kind of customer service I want, is not to need customer service.
I want the expected level of service, or above, delivered consistently - then I don't need CS.
If, as will happen, things go wrong on occasion (and I mean on occasion, because sh1t happens), then yes I want great customer service - and SRB does in fact understand this - always did.
However, this is not the whole answer. He needs to go "manage" companies within the Virgin group and remind them of the high standards they set in the 80s and early/mid 90s...
Then we don't need a last resort Virgin Group CS figurehead...
