Hello and thanks for reading my post.

My wife and myself are due to have only our second experience of the LHR Clubhouse this coming weekend.

Due to the time of our connecting flight into LHR it looks like we may have a fair bit of time until our Virgin flight departs (from around midday to 19:25 ).

My question is are we limited as to what time we can access the clubhouse - eg is it 3 hours prior to departure-as per some other dare I say "lesser" lounges, or would a sixish hour visit be acceptable.

Thanks for any guidance
Cheers :)

We so enjoyed our first experience of the CH in November, the down side being that our time in there was so short!
Having said that it was probably just as well with the Lanson in full flow! ii)

You have the time here to really take advantage of the whole experience and to enjoy all the services on offer.....wow...not jealous at all ....much ;)

Have a great time
CL :)

No problem at all. I arrived from a connecting flight at 9am for a flight leaving at about 4pm. The only comment was "Oooh, lots of lovely Clubhouse time" from the lady at check-in. At the door of the CH the lady there, on hearing I had arrived from a connecting flight, commented it wasn't unusual and indeed there was a guy sitting near me who was there before me and was still there when I left. Judging by his accent I suspect that he had come in from an early morning flight from the US and was connecting to the JNB flight that evening

We once arrived around 1pm - after being thrown out of the hotel - and were there until the Hong Kong flight which was delayed, and so we didn't leave until gone 10pm!

Apart from a brief chat and coffee with some friends flying with a different carrier, we stayed inside all the time.

As you are there later in the day, you will find it quieter, but also at around 4pm the Grey Goose Lounge opens y)

(that is if it is still running ?| )

Just pace yourself ):
