Hi, i've been trying to check in online all day for upper class via ams tomorrow and keep getting " online checking not available,check in at airport as normal" message.
Phoned fc and no problems as far as they can see but given the recent downgrades issues should I be concerned ?

Nah nothing to be worried aboutate- it's the usual vs it glitch which we have all complained about, but slowly getting used to.

Just had a look at the load it seems to be heavy on economy and premium, there are still seats in upper class so I think u r good.

Checking in at the airport as normal and you are all set.

Unless other gurus here have had a different experience this is how I would see it happening;-)

Are you on a reward flight? Did you pay the extra tax ... that's sometimes a reason. Have you checked that you payment for the flight went through?

All in, it's almost certainly a VS process or IT issue ... and you'll be fine!
