744 PE question re 28AC/29HK

Quick question. Are these seats classified as exit seats, and as such, are you able to pay extra to request them when you book or through MMB?

There is a wardrobe in front of 29HK so these two are bulkhead not exit seats.

28AC though is an exit row.

Thanks for the clarification TB. Does that mean I can , in theory, pay to request these seats (28AC) then...... or is it a case of asking at check in?

you cant 'buy' PE exit row seats so its a check in gamble.
these are great seats as you are first off the plane BUT if you can get them -and get onboard early AND accidentally stand in the way of everyone getting on, you will probabaly be asked to sit at the UC bar to keep you out the way. shame that and a good little trick I learnt my last PE flight on a LHR 744
