Can the lounge still be used for a guest?

I will be travelling UC in May from MAN to LAS on VS085, this will be the first time I have not used Gatwick (or Heathrow via SFO or LAX) for my travel to LAS. I appreciate that there is a shared lounge at Manchester but am I still able to sign a guest in? A friend is flying economy on the same filght, I am a silver FC member.

Yes, each UC pax can take a guest in to the Escape lounge at MAN.
