Went to update my apis details because I received my new passport yesterday, I was asked at opening screen of 'my booking' to tick box to accept small time change our PE flight arrival time MAN-MCO on May 3rd. Next screen opened and I inputted all new details of number/expiry date etc. Then went to my Flying Club Account, well guess what only our PE return flight MCO-MAN on June 8th showing :(! Late evening,so, perhaps system will update overnight. Nope, this morning still only MCO-MAN showing. Phoned VA in Crawley, great girl, :D could not understand why our outbound flight was missing/deleted/cancelled, 12 minutes of musac and 15 minutes of VA head-scratching has returned our reservation :) However, our lovely chosen 23A&23C seats in PE are gone, released back into the pool, so I am informed. :(! Only 7 centre seats left,so the only hope is at OLCI we will be able to have the seats in 23/24/25 A&C we so enjoy on the new A333.
I have complained to VA customer services and await their reply.
What is worrying is that had I not gone back in to my Flying Club and waited until OLCI where would my reservation be???
