I can't remember the exact cost, but it's cheaper to buy on board than it is in UK Duty Free. US duty free is cheaper than both.

£46 on-board. VS is always way cheaper than UK airports for tobacco.

Use the pre-order service to make sure you get your selection, although I never have any issues buying my 400 travel packs of tobacco on board.

The only flights you can't preorder on are the 200/201 to/from SYD via HKG.

No, you can pre-order tobacco over the phone or on-board for your return flight, just not online.
