Hi all

I have been an avid viewer of the forum in the past few weeks,
I have been lucky enough to win a 4 day trip to Vegas and have a few questions that you may be able to help with?

We are flying as part of a very large group and have been told that we will be issued tckets a couple of weeks prior to the flight, as we are in such a large group will this preclude us from using OLCI?
Will I be able to pay for extra leg room seats if the fancy takes me?
Will we be able to check in the day prior as we are close to Gatwick

Lastly, my wife is allergic to yeast so do you have any suggestions for meal choices and special requests? From what I can tell there is a meal service not long after take off and another near landing, are there snacks ect available

Thanks for reading and helping

One tip I would give you, when checking in at your Vegas hotel, pass the clerk a $20 bill and ask if you are eligible to any Complimentary room upgrades! Worked for me both times, last time in the Bellagio we scored a $350 room upgrade!

Sorry nothing to do with your flight, but worth passing on the tips.

Hi,

Yes you will be able to pay for extra legroom seats if they are available, and yes you will be able to use Twilight check in at Gatwick the day before.

I can't help with you query regarding OLCI, it will depend on what info you get, as you will need your VS PNR to be able to do OLCI.

thanks for your replies, I'm told we will get a paper ticket so my assumption is that this will have the PNR

I have also read the $20 trick does not work at the Wynn as staff have been instructed not to accept the $20 trick

thanks

If she has that specific an allergy I would suggest that you take along your own food/snacks etc as VS won't be able to guarentee that their products (not just meals) are yeast free.

But bear in mind the liquids rule for security and that CC won'tbe able to heat any brought-on food for you.

You could call the specialassistance line and discuss the possible options with them as well.

You mentioned OLCI but not if you have got your ESTA yet - all members of your party will need one.
