When Virgin spilt a cabin they usually put a bulkhead in and curtains. I can't see them not doing this on the new config. The Y passengers will most likely have to use the Economy toilets in the Y cabin downstairs.
Difficult for cc running two separate services from the one galley. It will be very interesting to see how the whole thing pans out in practice
The crew manage on the LHR 747 and thats Upper and Y, much more difficult as J service is hand run and Y is on the carts. They already run the A343 Y/W services together. Can't see it being a problem.
I flew out to MCO in PE in the bubble on the 14 of this month and we were let off before the Econ/UC passengers downstairs
