There is no news from Virgin on this, just still that for flights after 1st November the ability to pre-reserve seats will not be available until OLCI stage.

Are they not going to allow seat choice until OLCI Reading I thought they would put Maps up when upgrade is complete when ever that is.

There are two separate seating issues running currently.

For PE pax flying ex MAN/LGW from 1st April until 1st November, they will be able to select seats at OLCI stage because of the refurbishments and config change on the LGW/MAN 747's.

For all pax, flying from/to anywhere, regardless of cabin, from the 1st November no seat allocations are currently allowed. This is because VS are upgrading their IT system and there is no date of when the facility will be made available again. You will be able to select seats at OLCI stage.

Neil. I am now confused by this. We are returning from MCO/MAN (V76)on 23rd May and have been told by VS that the seat choice WILL be available at OLCI.
Are you saying that this is not the case and we will have to go to Downtown Disney to be able to guarantee our preffered seats

Sorry, my bad, I was meant to say you can select seats at OLCI stage (bad day) - I have edited my post now.

Is your VS 76 flight on a 747? Most are on the A330 a/c.

Hopefully, it is a 330, Neil, as both you and me are on the same flight ):
