VS001/002 Aircraft?

Hi

Am due to fly on the VS001 on 10 May and according to VS website the aircraft is 747. Have noticed that the flight has been operated by A340 for last few days. Any reason hy?

VS1/2 is one of the flights that the aircraft changes throughout the year. The aircraft is due to change back to 747 in the next few days (can't remember which day) so you should still get the 747. However just so you are aware it change change at anytime due to a number of issues.

I am on the VS1 next week too and noticed the same thing. The website yesterday said today's would be a 747 but it is an A343. Hope it changes. Think a Heathrow 747 is at Gatwick so that might be why.

Today's 343 would indicate there was a problem. The flight didn't leave LHR until 6:45pm instead of 4:15pm
