What exactly is SEQ 1?

I keep seeing 'i've got SEQ1' floating around on these boards, I assume this has something to do with OLCI? What priority does this give you etc etc?

SEQ1 means you are the first person to check-in for the flight. It doesn't give you any special priority or treatment.

SEQ 1 existed even in the days of airport only check-in but OLCI means more people can play the game.

It gains you no priority, status or special attention just the quiet satisfaction you were the first to check-in.
