I was checking that recent shopping transactions were showing in my Flying Club account only to find that I have no history since 30/8/2010! Everything since that date is missing.

I spoke to VS who said it was probably a "glitch" and they would look into it. I hope it gets sorted soon but was just wondering if this has happened to anyone else? :?

Yup,

Same thing happened to me.

After an email, it turns out I have "two accounts", one my old gold number and one my new silver number.

I am told they can still see all the points that are pending and they will be posted shortly.

Latest shopping has now started to appear so I will wait and see if everything appears.

Im sure its because you both have either gone up a tier or down as this happened to me every year on both my wifes account and mine as we yoyo,d red to silver.
The points always turned up, it was just i couldnt see them and then it all returned approx a month later, so annoying, typical vs website.

Happened to me recently too.

I realised it was related to dropping from red from silver.

Can't see any of my shopping transactions from when in was silver - or check miles have been credited.

Why do Virgin have to change FC numbers when membership tier changes?
