just took it last night so from what I can remember there are 2 starters - pumpkin soup or prawn lou sui (no idea).
Main courses: chicken with roast potatoes (nice), stir fried prawn or mushroom risotto.
Deserts - forgot. sorry.
Cheese - usual : camenbert, red leicester and something blue.

Just returned this morning. Further to the menu above, here are some more details:

Starters:
Mushroom soup
Prawn coctail

Mains:
Grilled fillet of beef
Chinese Style pork belly
Dolcelatte cheese and walnut tortellini

Desserts:
Lemon tart
Sticky toffee pudding

Cheses:
Cheddar
Blue Cropwell Bishop
Double Gloucester

Graze:
Mini beef burgers
Chicken Ceasar salad
Mini Sushi selection

Breakfast...

HKG - LHR
Starters:
Cider and onion soup
prawn lou sui

Mains:
Chicken with roast potatoes
Stir fried prawn
Mushroom ravioli

Deserts
Rasberry dessert
Forget the other sorry.

Cheeses:
Brie
Danish blue
Cheddar

As the HKG-LHR is a night flight I just had two starters, this plus the Somerset cider and onion soup before heading off to the land of nod.
