USB Sockets on New PE Entertainment System.

Hi,
I'm flying PE Gatwick/Orlando in September this year hopefully in one of the new refurbished planes.

Can anyone confirm if the new entertainment system has a USB port, my elderly I pad’s battery is slowly on its way out and may not last the journey ?| so a USB port may come in handy if it needs a quick charge.

Yes it does, and it can be used for charging. Due to apples odd licensing agreements, you can't watch or listen to your content on the system by connecting your I device to this USB port. You need a separate cable which you can either buy onboard or direct from apple which connects to different media ports.
