I don't know how to do this myself as I have only read it in passing. However I am flying both flights on the dates shown and currently the seat map is saying all of PE is sold out. I am in some seats in PE Row 31 and 34 Respectively which are okay but was hoping to change these on online check-in but with all seats seemingly allocated will I be able to change. (BTW its me and my partner and we would prefer two seats together in the 2-4-2 configuration i.e. the 2 in the 2-4-2)

Any help would be appreciated. ?|

A load check won't help you with regard to selecting seats.

But you can do them on http://www.flightstats.com - it is quite simple - enter departing and arrival airport and date of travel

It is likely that the 60% of seats available for pre-request have been taken and so the map is greyed out. The remaining seats are opened up when OLCI opens (though check a fre hours before as it has been known for them to be released).

Thanks for that. they are both greyed so I am quite interested that they have all sold out at the moment. I might try a dummy booking to see if they have any available seats.

just because they are greyed out doesnt mean they have sold out, just that the 60% quota of seats that are available for pre selection has been reached. The remainder become available when OLCI opens,or sometimes a little earlier
