Ha ha ha love the title of this thread..

I gave up using the VS online booking system long ago.. phone call to FC each time these days, strangely even counting the on hold time, I'm sure it's faster xx(

Come on November 2nd... if they are going to make us pay for reserving seats (rumour - no fact or insider knowledge whatsoever, [before the mods jump on me :w oo) ] ) Maybe some of that money will be spent on someone that actually knows what a computer is, let alone how one works.. :P

I have never used the online booking system for anything other than amusement. In the time it takes to return the seats for 1 airline, grown-up websites could have returned every airline, hotel, hire car, prices on the planet. It really is a joke.
