Bookings vanishing after outbound leg

For the past few trips with VS I have noticed after the outbound leg has been taken the trip is no longer displayed in Manage your booking.

It is still retrievable with the Booking ref number, but after that it won't appear back against future flights. My account gone mad or is the Website broken?

I don't think it's any IT gremlins.. It's what is supposed to happen. Once the flight has been taken it disappears from your booking.

I think the point though is that the return flight should still show up in your MYB page. Must admit that it's never been an issue for me - in fact, the outbound usually still shows for a day or so after it's been completed...

Yes you're right, it should. The OP says its still retrievable with the booking ref, which as far as i thought brings you to the MYB page, so maybe I got the wrong end of the stick!

Do not deny the existence of those devious little buggers that live in the VS IT system..... the only other alternative would be that the system works poorly or not at all

Fair enough the outbound disappears.. what about the inbound? Assuming people do want to return home that is. Perhaps leaving the entire booking in MYB section and simply grey out the segments already taken... :w
