Manchester Booking

I've been looking at the VS website to book a London to Manchester flight next year. I see they are available to book now.

I understood that these flights did quality for FC Miles & 1 tier point per direction. Yet when going through the booking process it states this flight does not qualify for Flying Club miles or tier points. Has there been a change?

Also only Economy is offered yet further int he process an upgrade to upper class is offered!?
