Hello all. We are due to fly to St Lucia in PE on Feb 19th. While I realise I can't login to reserve any seats yet (I believe it is 90 before?), should I still be able to login to see my booking details?

We booked through Virgin Holidays and have a 7 digit booking reference but I keep getting told that my booking cannot be found. Is this to do with the new system? :?

Many thanks

Sam

Hiya,

Give Virgin Holidays a call (or visit the shop you ordered the holiday through). Ask them for Flight Booking Reference Number. Once you have that, you'll be able to view your booking through Virgin Atlantic.

Hope this helps :)

In the past, I've found that you can't MMB on agency booked packages until fully paid for and tickets issued. Although if you call up FC, they will be able to see the PNR on their side.

If you book via Virgin Holidays, they have a work around in place so you can log in and see your flight bookings up to 11 months before you fly even before you are ticketed.

As the OP has booked via VH, they should be able to log in now, even though seat selection might not be available. Your VS PNR should be on your VH invoice, if not you need to call VH to get your VS PNR. The VS PNR will be a 6 digit code containing both letters and numbers. Your VH booking ref will not work.
