Rumoured Routes: Dar Es Salaam & Kilimanjaro

I've seen a thread over on a.net which says that VS is set to start service from LHR to Dar Es Salaam & Kilimanjaro as a replacement for NBO.

Did they not tank their flights into Nairobi for good reason though?? Dropping pax numbers and cost of resources I believe it was
