Given that I made 80TPs last year, I've finally got organised and am about to send a letter with my questions around whether the 80TP upgrade could be used as a 1-way upgrade for 4 people (i.e. only way I'll ever get any use out of it).

Question is, what's the best address to send it to so that it will get the 'right' level of focus on it? If simply sending it to dunstable means I'm likely to get a stock reply from a junior rep, I'd rather bypass that...

Any thoughts on what has worked for people in the past would be appreciated...

thanks

Well aside from addressing it to the Chief Wizard in charge of Crawley Towers, letter wise they will all go to a similar sorting room.. the sorting hat will then boldly send the letter to whichever department it sees fit.. ?| Or they could deny receiveing the letter and blame Royal Mail ):

I have found in the past that an email off to VS, coupled with a call to the AU line (who then transfer you to CS) to let them know the email is important and you will be waiting by the phone/computer for a prompt reply, usually gets it noticed. My worst wait time was 4 days this way, best was a matter of hours after putting the phone down, the CS agent I spoke to followed it through personally for me :D What service y) y)

Sorry been of little help to your original question ratechaser :#

I would be interested in the result though, it may very well be similar to the amex reward upgrades using one voucher to upgrade two people for one leg of a trip... that appears possible :?

If you do a search on LinkedIn you may find someone in a senior position covering loyalty programmes at VS ): . I'd write to that person at the base in Crawley ...

RC, Slinky is right on the money here, a good idea. Alternatively, you can always email through to this individual via the Executive office.....let me know if you need their email address.

Good luck
