Hi - Anybody else having problems getting shopping miles credited to their FC Account? Several times recently I have bought stuff online through the Shops Away scheme and the corresponding miles have not appeared on 'My Shopping History'. In particular, I have had problems with Debenhams and Boden. I know you can complete the Missing Miles Form but they want so much information every time (usually from emails I have already deleted!) that you kind of feel it isn't worth it for just a few miles!

I am also having problems with a purchase of a Washed Dryer through House of Fraser during the double miles bonus offer last year.
The transaction has not shown up on my history page and I too am unable to find any emails regarding the transaction, I did take a screenshot of the confirmation page during the purchase but sadly this is not enough, I have emailed House of Fraser and DRL to see if either of them can send me a receipt.

Fingers crossed.

Also keep an eye on the amount of miles actually credited to the account.. they like to short change people. Has happened to me on several occasions that unfortunately warrants a call to VS. Sneaky buggers. n( n(

To get around the double miles offer at christmas, especially for some of the higher earning suppliers, they split my orders up and said it was not above the required spending limit to qualify for the bonuses... Took a bit of effort though unfortunately, but all worked out in the end... ii) ii)

They also credit on a monthly cycle so it may take a while to get those miles into your account, bonus ones take longer too. Typical VS IT at work :P

I would say give them a month from day of purchase, then chase up 8D

All okay here, had a couple of large purchases just before Xmas that have hit my account in the last couple of days.

I made some purchases with Hilton and National Express, neither of which are showing in my shopping history, but the click ID's are there. I made a purchase from Superdry and the histoty updated within 1 day, though I note that whilst it's one order, the pending miles have been split into two seperate ones.

I am going through the process of supplying receipts and details --- it's slightly annoying it doesn't happen automatically, but the claiming process is a right pain, its so long winded. v(
