Hi all hopefully someone coffer some advice.
I've booked a return flight using miles only (P class) and its looking extremely likely that I'll be unable to fly due to a family illness, where do I stand ?

Would I loose all miles etc. or can I re-book ?|

Thankyou

For a fee (£100 IIRC) you can move to another destination/date as long as it is the year period from the date you booked. With you being on a P, you need to make sure there are miles seats available on your new date/route and you would have to pay any additional taxes or surcharges if needed.

If you cancel, you would be refunded 75% of your miles and you could claim back your taxes.

As it is down to illness, do you don't have travel insurance that could help?
