Guesting into LHR CH

Hi

Not quite sure what the protocol is here.... Mr B and I are flying to MIA next Saturday and duly posted our itinerary and offer of CH access on v-flyer. Our offer has been taken up which is great but what are the mechanics of guesting two strangers into the CH. Do we have to meet them at reception and sign them in, leave their names at reception and it all just happens or something else? Guidance greatly appreciated.

Just leave their names at reception and say they are your guests and they should be granted entry, no problem. Just make sure you are there before them
