Where's Larnaca gone?!

I am planning to travel to Cyprus in the summer so was planning to book one of the codeshare Cyprus Airways flights over the weekend...

So I got a quote last week on the VA booking page, but when I went back to book at the weekend the new-style booking page didn't have Larnaca as a destination, and the old one did, but gave an error when trying to book.

Today Larnaca's gone from both.

Has something happened with Virgin's relationship with Cyprus Airways? I was actually hoping I could spend some miles which, according to this page: http://www.virgin-atlantic.com/en/gb/frequentflyer/fcpartners/airlines/cyprusairways.jsp, I can do so even with a Cyprus booking. I guess that might be my only choice now?

Any insight to this appreciated!

On the partner airline page it now says "Please contact your local Flying Club helpline to check availability and to make a booking."

Just on hold with Flying Club.

Apparently there are currently some system issues that mean flights booked are coming back from their (Cyprus's) system as unconfirmed later, causing obvious problems... So they've temporarily disabled online bookings while it's resolved...
