Morning all.
Whilst checking seat availability this morning for my upcoming flights 24 March and 06 April it alerted me to the fact that the VS008 was now departing LAX 35 minutes earlier than originally scheduled, therefore reducing my connection time from 3 hours to 2.25 (I was on an unconnected DL flight from LAS-LAX).
So I called the Premier Team and expressed my concerns about any possible delays and the increased chance of my missing the VS008.
The good wife and I were booked on Z fares so very restricted.
The wonderful agent I spoke to explained that VS would not be liable if we missed the flight due to a late DL arrival but said she would try something and put me on hold, less than three minutes later she returned with the option of switching us both to the VS044 LAS-LGW at no cost to us
, as it didn't affect us adversely in any way I was very grateful leaving two very satisfied customers with more time in Las Vegas and arriving home earlier y)
That just leaves me with two non refundable DL flights from LAS-LAX that I booked through Ebookers (at least I earned miles booking them y) )
