A330 3 class from MAN

Just out of interest will the config be the same as the ones I went to New York and LA. VA told me my flight to MCO in Oct would be a new plane.

It is reported that yes, all A333s will ultimately be configured to the same plan.

But the layout of the A333 UC cabin will be different to that you will have had on the flight to LA, as the A333 features four UCS across.
