Examples of extraordinary customer service from Virgin?

Hi,

This is my first post - very nice themed forum by the way!

I am doing a student project to find examples of extraordinary customer service/Virgin staff doing interesting/different things

Any examples would be great no matter how big or small and from any corner of Virgins brands - (I understand this is mainly to do with airlines which is okay)

e.g one example was on a hot day, a Virgin train staff member folded all the placemats into fans before his passengers got on.
