VS loses legal battle with DL and others - sells seat unit

I had no idea VS had an interest in the company that actually made the seats but according to Bloomberg , they are selling the division after losing a long legal battle over patent rights that included - ironically given the current tie up - Delta

I also believe the company had something to do with Wridgeway too so no doubt it is part of the shake up for the new Virgin... out with the old and all that stuff.

Good riddance to the company the stuffed up the J2000 and UCDS.
