AKL to LHR

I'm trying to get info on a one-way flight from Auckland to LHR via PVG in January 2014. The first leg is with ANZ and second leg is with VS251 on an Airbus A340-600. Has anyone any idea whether extra legroom or exit seats are available on this VS flight and can they be requested at the same time as booking the seats. I also need to find out if ANZ also have extra legroom or exit row seats. I have been trying to access a dummy booking tonight but the screen just turns white. Thank you for any help.

All VS flights offer extra legroom seats and exit rows in economy for an extra charge.

You can book them at the same time as you book your flight, but only by phone.

You can't select specific seats though - they're allocated at the airport on check in.

Don't know for sure about ANZ but from what I can see they also sell exit row and extra legroom seats.

Thanks for the link. I just wondered whether it's possible to book extra legroom on the ANZ leg when doing the booking with VS or if you have do do that separately with ANZ.
