Well I never thought I would be back in a VS clubhouse so soon after last years "pleasantries"! Nice quiet start in here, but I know the VS19 is full and HAL predicting today to be the busiest day so far, so I expect it will fill up quickly.

Have a good week all!

Hope you have a great time in SFO.
Looking forward to your TR (given that you seem to be a regular BA F). :-)
For the uninitiated like me what is HAL?

Have a good flight. Usually I am envious of people jetting off to warm climes but for once I am glad to be in England !
Hiljil. :)

On board G-VBIG, in a very poorly 19A. Armrest broken in the stowed position, and the seat has lost all padding and rocks when I move... Oh well, crew seem happy so far :-)

I had thought you had abandoned VS after what happened last year. Did you get an apology in the end?

The issues from last flight were never apologised for. But the price was right to fly VS again!

IFE was rebooted and working for the flight. Putting a pillow behind my back made the seat comfortable, and it stopped rocking after a while.

Food was very nice, crew OK, but not personable...

Anyway, now in the Big Sur and couldn't be happier :-)
