booking flights

Hi all
I'm having trouble viewing flights available to go to Orlando in Oct/Nov on the Virgin web site.
when I log into flying club select the flights,dates and to use my miles all I get is "We have been unable to process your request."
I have tried to get this info now for the past month
I have tried all dates and classes for the 2 months.
had an online chat with a Virgin lady this afternoon,she advised me that flights where available and to ring up,I don't want to ring as my plans are not finalized yet and I may be on the phone for some time also this time last year there was a "miles sale" and I got flights to Las Vegas for 23500

Can someone please point me in the right direction

ps I have 187000 miles I would like to use

are you selecting Gatwick instead of London all

also depends what dates/class you are wanting

not all dates are showing available

I have tried Gatwick,Manchester and Glasgow with out any success

not sure what you are doing but I just did a dummy booking for PE rewards on a random date out in Oct and back in November, selecting LGW and MCO as airports and got the calendar with the radio buttons with the available dates.

But what you then do is to make a note of those dates and then start your search again rather than use the radio buttons to select the dates (that is a long standing fault)

Out - availability on 9th-16th Oct and 23rd and 27th
Back - nothing for november

That availability works for 2 adult tickets but begins to drop off when selecting 3 or more.

I wouldn't rely on their being a sale either. There was one a few months ago.

Out - 8/9/13-16/31
Back - 17/21/25-29 Nov

That was for one seat though (didn;t check for more pax numbers)
