Had an odd thing happen today, went in to double check the APIS information for an upcoming flight for two of us and it looked as though it had been the victim of some sort of IT glitch. My passport number was in my travelling partners information, his middle name had been removed, country of residence had gone, and mine just had my first and last name, everything else was gone. The first thing I do when it is ticketed is enter this information so it is done.

Oddly, I got a call from Virgin on Monday that I asnwered but it said "all advisors are busy, please call back", I suspect they spotted it had been mangled and wanted me to correct it.

Just wanted to mention it in case anyone else is as anal as me and likes to double/triple check these things !

FWIW I now have a printout of what it correctly looks like should there be issues at check-in.
