Litte Red Bag Drop

Hello

I am wondering if anyone can help me.

Virgin recently changed my little red flight time to 18.20.

In order to avoid the dreadful M62 Pennie Cross from Yorkshire to Manchester I want to ensure we arrive at the airport in enough time.

Does anyone know if we check in online are the bag drop desks always open or do these only open at 16.20?

I want to arrive early ideally but if the bag drop desks are not open I may have to re consider.

LR check in & bag drop at MAN opens 2 hours prior to departure of each flight. The desks are not staffed at other times.

Yep, as stated before 2 hours before as I discovered a couple of weeks ago after driving down from Cumbria!
There is a nice Caffe Nero nearby though!

Looks like it will be a coffee in the Cafe Nero whilst I wait for Check In to open.

Dont want to risk the m62 getting busy at rush hour and missing the flight so better to arrive early.

Absolutely, don't let that change your plans. I would rather arriving at the airport earlier and wait for the desks to open than arriving later.
