Hi all
Sorry I haven't been on v-flyer much of late. Have actually been working lol no really:-p this time of year is always very busy and this year have one week less to get everything done.
So with around a week to go we finally decided that we would need to start packing so all cases were laid out in the living room and we washed what seemed like enough clothes to fill our wardrobe most of which are still drying.
The good thing about UC baggage allowance is that you can take loads of cases however actually finding more difficult to pack somehow.
My good missus decided to make an actual packing list which I think has made a big difference.
So most of the packing is underway and now just got to survive this week.
Phew.
Downloaded my first ever movie off iTunes last night so iPhone is on its way to being ready for the 343 and my missus surprised my by ordering a joules Verne :-)

Happy Packing!

I love the week before a trip/holiday. The whole adventure lays ahead and your months of waiting are finally coming to a close.

Enjoy the last week, hope everything gets finished up at work and you enjoy every moment of your trip!

You are so right! The week before is great and this trip will be quite a long one. The doc told me today that I need a holiday. Phew! Great timing :-)
I am off today but will give it my all with the remaining days.

Rules on Packing:
(1) 4 weeks to go - start sorting and washing holiday clothes, anything earlier is very uncool!
(2) 3 weeks to go - start laying out clothes
(3) 2 weeks to go - pack clothes, having agreed to pack light
(4) 1 week to go - panic and re-pack case adding 25%
(5) Night before - major panic attack resulting in last re-pack adding a further 25%

Good on you gfonk for starting your packing early (none of this one hour before business from the amateurs!). oo) oo)

Are you hitting the Clubhouse early?

Enjoy every minute if your trip, starting with the obligatory Redheads / Mojitos / Champoo (delete as appropriate) or all 3! ^) Send us pics.

Have a great flight and a great Christmas over there and tell us all about it when you get back. I'll be in Prague over Christmas enjoying the festivities and escaping obligations ):

Enjoy!

Hi Bretty
Yep will be aiming for an 8am start :-) going to try not to get too distracted in duty free along the way.
Prague over Christmas must be nice. Wonder if it will be snowing:-)Looking forward to hearing about it too.
Not sure if I will be able to post my TR from Japan as want to try to include pics and don't know how from iPhone (joey has explained it but I need a helmet when it comes to IT lol) but will definitely do upon my return.

Look forward to reading the TRs whenever they're ready, and defo with pics. Prague is quite lovely this time of year, will try and think of TR but I'm not flying glamorously - it's Easyjet!!
