V-Room

There are 4 of us booked on a Fly-drive through VH on vs27 in april and are also booked for the V Room.

There is a possibility that there may be another 2 people wishing to come with us, but from what i can see, they may have to book flights via VA and not VH as there doesn't seem to be much PE avaialability on a dummy booking with VH.

The question is, would we be able to add these 2 people to our Vroom reservation if they DID book direct with VA or not.

I really don't think they would let the 2 people in if they where just on a VS booking sorry.

Here are the T&C's for V-Room Entry from the VH website (my bolding):

The v-room by Virgin Holidays is a lounge facility for our customers who fly from Gatwick or Manchester Airport
The v-room is open in the morning 3 hours prior to the departure time of the 1st Virgin Atlantic flight
Entry to the v-room is available 3 hours prior to your flight departure and is open inline with the Virgin Atlantic flying program
Exclusive to Virgin Holidays Customers, v-room entry is applicable when booked with or added to an existing Virgin Holidays package
v-room entry is subject to availability
Entry into the lounge will only be applicable with a valid Virgin Holidays v-room voucher included within your tickets sent to you

I know they did used to let FVC members pay for entry even if they where on a VS booking, but TBH the FVC program has died a death now and any info on that has disappeared from the VH website.

You could always see what they say on the day. The last time I was in a v-room (at MAN) there where only about 6 pax in there!! I would imagine the LGW one gets a bit busier than that though.
