No economy fares showing

Hi all,

The time has come for me to look at flights to new York this Christmas. I see that I can book up to 25th December. When I do dummy runs there is only upper class tickets on sale. Why is this? Any advice?

Most likely the flights haven't opened yet.

Both outbound and return need to be less than 336 days away (which as you say is Dec 25th). So although your outbound may be open, if you're coming back after Christmas the return won't be yet.

Give it a few days ... and even then be aware that prices can be artificially high when flights first open as airlines know full well they can make easy money out of people who feel the need to book on day 1.
