Upgrading to premium economy

Booked through a travel agent LHR to JFK economy would like to upgrade to premium economy but virgin holidays are saying unable to - May be able to at check in
Have been offered extra leg room or exit seats can someone tell me where abouts are these allocated am on flight vs003 outbound and vs004 inward and what plane will I be flying on

The VS3 and VS4 are normally operated by a new Airbus A330-300 but sometimes by the older A340-600.

There is a sticky thread near the top of this board telling you where the extra legroom seats are on each aircraft. You can then see where they are on the seat maps in the toolbox.
