How do the service levels compare on LHR 747s vs LGW 747s as there are 44 UC seats on LHR planes vs 14 on LGW?

Do the 2x downstairs UC cabins share the same CC or do they have their own? Do they serve food & beverage front to back or vice versa?

The reason for my question is that there has been an aircraft change for our trip to the Caribbean next month.

Your experience is appreciated.

You should receive the same level of service regardless of which a/c type or airport you fly out of. On the LHR 747's there are more cabin crew in UC and they each have a section to look after, otherwise everything just works like it does on the LGW fleet.

We have flown all a/c types, from all the different UK airports and the level of service is affected more by the individual crew member, and often the FSM leading them, then how big the cabin is.
