UC fares for August.

Kicking myself as Last month I nearly booked UC return flights for this August for LHR to LAX. Went back on line on virgin website today and they have gone up by about £1000 a ticket!! Advice please... Are they likely to keep going up, or could they come back down again?!

The UC sale was on and that has now ended.

This won't help you now, but advice on these boards is to grab a price when you see it.

The fares see-saw a fair amount throughout the year.

In the words of Mary Schmich, "Sometimes you're ahead, sometimes you're behind. The race is long and, in the end, it's only with yourself."

Ultimately if I see a price I am happy paying then I go for it

Hopefully those prices will come down again for you, there are still a few months to go so fingers crossed VS pop an UC sale up. 8D
