Little Red to Heathrow T2

According to the Heathrow website, Little Red will be moving to T2 from T1.

No date given but T2 is due to soft launch in June 2014.

Hopefully with better lounge options.

Little Red is due to be the final airline to move in - the plan is November although presumably that'll depend on the opening going smoothly!

The lounge situation has been discussed here before - I seem to recall someone saying VS would be using the Aer Lingus lounge (which would make sense, seeing as they operate the actual flights).

I have a booking into LHR on Aer Lingus for July 10 and my ticket says that I fly into T2

Virgin have stopped using the Servisair lounge at T1 for LittleRed flights in the last couple of weeks. A very sensible and needed change in my opinion. If you go to the check-in desk or the desk in Gate 8, you now get a costa card (at least at the moment you do). Comfier seats, better wifi, great view of the runway and you can get a decent toastie and a Peroni!
