Extra Legroom Seats question

We are travelling VA and have booked extra legroom seats.

I realise we can't use online check-in the day before we fly, but I'm wondering if we are able to use the Downtown Disney Check In in Orlando on the morning of our flight?

Wasn't sure if this was the correct forum to post, apologies if not!

Hi and welcome.

Yes, you will be able to use Downtown Disney Check in. That check in is just like doing airport check in, you are issued boarding passes etc so you wouldn't have any issues.

I have actually just commented on another thread, as, after reading it, I'm now not sure, with the new rules coming in, whether we would actually be able to choose our extra legroom seats online on 1 April, and use the online check-in after all. Very confusing lol

Yes, it is confusing and to be honest I am not sure either. It does read like you will be able to, but until it goes live and we have first hand reports of being able to do it, then I'm still not certain.

Just got to the day where I should have been able to reserve my economy seats but I've booked extra legroom and it's not letting me. Contacted Virgin who said I need to wait until 1st April when the systems change and I might be allowed to reserve them then but no guarantee - otherwise it's get to the airport early to ensure me and my sister sit together. I'm sure I read somewhere that we should have been allowed to reserve extra legroom seats now (my flight is 1st May) but so much conflicting info out there. Only 2 of use flying so I'm sure we'll be safely sat together

Just got back from vegas trip. At on-line check in the night b4 our flight it showed the extra leg room seats we had been allocated. No chance to change them but we were happy as sat together - I guess if you're not happy then get to bag drop off a bit early and ask if you can be moved.
