DL Business

Just out of curiosity, whats it like to sleep on compared to VS?

Likely a 767 on the Atlanta route next month, I'll happily do a TR if no-one else been.

Also does anyone know if a busines class pax on DL flying on VS ticket can invite a guest to the DL lounge. I know it's been answered for DL in VS lounge as a No. Flight I'm on is Atlanta, so T4 so that much is irrlevant.

Annoyingly this one will also give me 1 point off gold on VS. I'm now thinking of doing a TP run on way home by going indirect on purpose. Just as I'm about to go on a BA binge, and this not being on BA will mean I miss BA silver too! You can't argue with bean counters though, it is over 2k cheaper in this case.

I've travelled on the Delta 767 business class & the beds are nowhere near as comfy as VA, in fact its a bit like sliding into a coffin as your feet end up in the person in fronts arm rest - sounds weird but you'll see for yourself when you get on board. The CC are nowhere near as friendly as VA either. Personally I'd take VA UC over Delta Business Elite any day. Sorry I can't help regarding the lounge access.

Ah if only I could fly VS the problem would not exist. The problem is it's Atlanta, lots of flights on DL metal and currently none on VS. Going via JFK may work though for VS options - I'll get that priced up.
