Good morning V-flyers from the flagship to the airline that brought us all together. Yep the LHR CH :D

Now, there was going to be a bit of a picture competition as to which buffet I should go for first.... The breakfast buffet that has appeared by the pool table or the buffet that the staff were kind enough to lay out for me on the bar.... However the wifi is so sketchy today that my laptop was unable to connect to it and I can't subsequently resize the photos to post n(

Watch this space....

No intruders spotted, although I think rosie and her plus 1 have scarpered after their failed pitch to get in here.... Better luck next time ladies.

Just tucking into a hearty breakfast so I bid a farewell for now. Have a good day all 8D

Enjoy. Am counting down the days for me.

I'm sure you'll know Rosie and her plus1 when you spot them!

It must be time for another haircut.

Enjoy your trip Joey, no doubt you're there or almost there now.
@Gfonk - I heartily recommend the cut throat shave with the hot and cold towels and facial... superb!

thanks bretty. I may well go for that.
Had a quick look at the current SPA menu and it seems to be a bit smaller selection than last time I was in the CH back in December. :-(

Yes, I saw they only offer a head massage as a complimentary treatment and the seated back massage is £15?

2 different types of facial, a hand treatment, head massage, or foot treatment, all at 15 minutes, are still complimentary by the look of it.

Yes but the head massage is just incredible ! Had it in April on my way to Delhi and thoroughly enjoyed it ! Almost felt like having slept a full night !

Cheers guys, I had an awesome and definitely booze filled flight.... didn't quite finish off the Gentleman Jack - probably got as close as any one man could with a sub 6hr drinking window though :P

Done and done Dom .... you know me well ii)

There is also a TR written in drunken gibberish on my phone, I will get decoding after I return back to blighty next week. There were a few 'hiccups' on arrival, as any that I replied to yesterday will already know about - no spoilers guys, lets save it for my TR ;) - and I think there are some photos and a review of the new menu on there too.

As I now have access to my laptop and a fairly solid internet connection, my picture quiz for you lovely people... which of these two buffets was the first to garner my attention? Which would be yours? - bearing in mind it was 7am :P

... or Breakfast?

I am currently sitting aloft overlooking the las vegas strip, whisky in hand raising a toast to all my fellow v-flyers.

Hope all have an awesome weekend 8D

Nope, day flight mate. It did come up in conversation though and it was suggested that they won't make an appearance until much later in the month on certain flights to gauge customer reaction.

It was said with a stifled smile though, so I half expect this to go the way of the SRB ice cubes. :P
