Can we check upgradable fares on VS website yet?

It didn't seem to working for M at lunchtime, giving me X's (and massive quantity of connecting via Delta choices).

Anyone had any luck with those recently, or is it to the itamatrix thingie?

Definitely a cup of tea/comfy chair scenario before calling. It's just taken me 35 minutes to get through to FC.
