Here we go, here we go

Well we are here at the Clubhouse, it's very very quiet everywhere.

Had a very quick trip down roads quiet as well, had a lovely cold cuts salad and summer fruit pudding for desert, making room for the meal on the plane.

Nobody famous here at the moments, staff are all lovely ,attentive and chatty.

Spent loads in duty free. Time to relax now and have an eleven hour flight. Linda

Funny how that happens sometimes. Did you use the A1 or the M1 to get onto the M25?

Well we are here in La La land, there was one mini celebrity in the clubhouse, Adam Rickman from Man versus Food programme, my hubby has watched everyone I think.

No celebs on board great flight although they must still be avoiding that volcano as they had to go way north to inside the Article Circle and then straight down the West coast, thought we were going to Hawaii, then turned into LA from the sea coast.

Can never sleep on planes, don,t think many did as one guy was snoring for the World.

Off to Vegas in a couple of hours, thanks to all the replies. Linda

Hi Paul,

We went straight down the A1 and ignored all the instructions the satnav said, it wanted to take us on the M1 then St.Albans, so we joined the M25 at South Mimms, only thing was the parking instructions gave us the wrong junction to come off so we had to turn round one junction on and go back.

Just to rub it in they are having a heat wave here and it's going to be low100's today, thank god we will be in an air conditioned car. Lind
